This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you access the page, technically necessary data is processed (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested resource, browser type). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the website). A data processing agreement with EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) is in place with Vercel to safeguard data transfer to the USA.
Contact form and email
When you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone, message, audience selection) to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed to handle your enquiry, at the latest after expiry of statutory retention periods.
Email delivery (Resend)
We use Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) to deliver contact form emails. A data processing agreement with EU Standard Contractual Clauses is in place. Resend processes your enquiry only to deliver the email.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect the contact form against abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Turnstile works without cookies and processes IP address and browser characteristics for bot detection. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. EU Standard Contractual Clauses are in place with Cloudflare.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You may complain to the competent supervisory authority — for our firm this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
